Autism and the iPad

iPad technology can be a great tool for individuals with autism of all ages.

So much has been said about how technology can help Autistic people. Because our children are so drawn to technology tablets and other devices they can in fact be a great tool for all ages.

There are thousands of different apps. However, only a small percentage, are written specifically for the Autistic child.

Using an iPad has so many benefits. Some parents & schools use iPads as a way to help reduce behaviour, some use it as a reward incentive and many are using iPad technology for learning and communication.

At Amazing K our focus lies with behaviour management, skills acquisition & communication.
