Interviewing of a candidate introduced by Amazing k is deemed an acceptance of the following terms & conditions of Employment:
The placement fee is set at R2000.00 (Two thousand rand only). A R1000 deposit in required at the offset of the recruitment process and the balance will become payable on the day the successful candidates starts their job.
A replacement guarantee of one month is placed on each staff member. All guarantee come into effect automatically upon payment by the employer of all the fees due to Amazing K on the stipulated date. Should payment not be received within the stipulated times the guarantee period will not be applicable.
The guarantee states that: should a candidate be dismissed (during the guarantee period) for reason relating to an inappropriate placement (meaning the candidate is incapable of doing the job he/she was employed to do), then Amazing K will replace this particular candidate as per the original job specifications and at no additional cost to the Employer.
The guarantee does not apply:
Amazing K (Pty) Ltd shall not and cannot be held liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever kind and nature and howsoever arising incurred/suffered by the Employer resulting from any act or omission of any Candidate introduced and/or placed by Amazing K.
Whilst Amazing K will endeavor to obtain references on Candidates it at ALL TIMES remains the responsibility of the Company to request (in writing) industry specific checks on all potential employers which include by are not limited to – credit checking, reference checking, qualification certification, sexual offences clearances etc.
